Policies


Reservation Policy: A major credit card is required to book your treatment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged our below fee. You will not be billed on this card unless there is a cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation Policy: Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total treatment cost. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Late Policy: All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for each service. If you are late for your appointment, it may limit our ability to offer the full amount of time needed for your treatment, and the full fee will be charged to you.

Minor Policy: We do perform treatments on minors under the age of 18. In order to conduct these treatments, we need a consent form signed by their guardian. Also, any child under the age of 16 MUST have a guardian present in the room during their treatment.

Payment: We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards. There will be a $20 fee for all returned checks.
