Reservations

A major credit card is required to book your treatment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged our below fee. You will not be billed on this card unless there is a cancellation or no-show.


Cancellation

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total treatment cost. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 


Lateness

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for each service. If you are late for your appointment, it may limit our ability to offer the full amount of time needed for your treatment, and the full fee will be charged to you.


Returns can only be made for unopened product and must be within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. Return for exchange or store credit only.

*Exceptions do apply for skin reactions. If you have a reaction, you can return product for exchange or store credit, but product can not be more than 1/3 used.

Product Returns


Minors

We do perform treatments on minors under the age of 18. In order to conduct these treatments, we need a consent form signed by their guardian. Also, any child under the age of 16 MUST have a guardian present in the room during their treatment.


Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards.


Gift Card

You must present your gift card at the point of checkout. We are unable to accept gift cards verbally.
