Policies

Policies: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to fill out the client consultation form.

Late Policy: All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for each service. If you are late for your appointment, it may limit our ability to offer the full amount of time needed for your treatment, and the full fee will be charged to you.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service without charge. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. 50% of your total appointment cost will be charged for any missed appointment that does not follow the cancellation policy.

Payment: We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, Mater Card, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards. There will be a $20 fee for all returned checks.
